Must-Haves: strong software skills (quark, indesign, photoshop, illustrator); strong computer skills (troubleshooting); wants to work hard; plays well with others; good concepting skills.
Preferred qualities: fun and trendy; college degree in graphic design or equivalent; into kid's and cool schtuff.
Welcomed plusses: aptitude for conceiving ideas for 3-D products (toys, etc.); you can draw; organized and detailed oriented.

All the above, but has, at the very LEAST, 2 to 3 years experience in the field. Should be VERY strong in computer skills. Some leadership skills could be a plus.

You can draw up ideas for kid products, toys, etc. You can up up with way cool and trendy things. We get projects ranging from cute, young, tween and teen, cool, trendy, young boys and girls, cutting edge. What are you good at? Show us some samples.

There are great learning opportunities in unpaid internships. Interns get to work on exciting projects for our top clients. Many interns have gone on to full time employment at YOE! or other fabulous places. Others have been taken away by men in white coats never to be seen again.
